1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vojo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Vojo is a mobile application that connects motorcycle riders to organize and participate in group rides. The App allows users to:

• Create and publish motorcycle trip listings
• Browse and join trips created by other users
• Communicate with trip participants
• Navigate to trip start locations
• Receive notifications about trip updates

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

• You must authenticate using Google Sign In or Apple Sign In
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this App
• One person may not maintain more than one account

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized account access

4. User Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent trip information
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Interfere with the App's operation or security
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts
• Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization

4.2 Content Standards

All user-generated content must:

• Be accurate and truthful
• Respect other users' privacy and rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not contain offensive language, hate speech, or discriminatory content
• Not promote illegal activities or dangerous riding practices

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you post (trip details, profile information, etc.)
• By posting content, you grant Vojo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App
• You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences of posting it

5.2 Content Removal

• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms
• We may remove content without prior notice
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination

6. Reporting and Moderation

6.1 Reporting System

• Users can report inappropriate content or behavior through the in-app reporting feature
• Trips that receive multiple reports may be automatically hidden pending review
• We review all reports and take appropriate action

6.2 Enforcement

We may take the following actions for violations:

• Warning or notice to the user
• Temporary suspension of account
• Permanent account termination
• Removal of content
• Legal action if necessary

7. Safety and Liability

7.1 Motorcycle Riding Risks

• Motorcycle riding involves inherent risks
• You participate in trips at your own risk
• Vojo is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages during trips
• Always follow traffic laws and safe riding practices
• Ensure you have proper licensing, insurance, and safety equipment

7.2 Platform Limitations

Vojo is a platform that connects riders. We:

• Do not organize, lead, or supervise trips
• Do not verify user credentials, licenses, or qualifications
• Are not responsible for user interactions or conduct
• Do not guarantee the safety, quality, or accuracy of trip information
• Are not liable for property damage, injury, or death resulting from App use

7.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Your own safety and the safety of others
• Verifying trip details and meeting locations
• Assessing weather and road conditions
• Ensuring your motorcycle is properly maintained
• Having adequate insurance coverage
• Following all applicable traffic laws

8. Intellectual Property

• Vojo name, logo, and App design are our property
• All App code, features, and functionality are protected by copyright
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Notifications

• By using the App, you consent to receive push notifications
• You can disable notifications in your device settings or in the App's Profile screen
• We may send service-related notifications about trips you have joined

11. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Google Maps, Waze, Google Sign In, Apple Sign In, Supabase, and Unsplash. We are not responsible for third-party content or services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, trips, and all associated personal data.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, or pose a security risk.

13. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you don't agree to changes, you must stop using the App.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
